how antigen coating is done inn ELISA???

what should be the concentration of antigen per well?

n how can you calculate that??

For starters, u can try 1ug/ml concentration for antigen coating. Coating concentration really depends on what is the antigen, protein antigen generally require smaller amounts compared to say, lipid or carbohydrate antigens. Try with PBS to dissolve the antigen to 1ug/ml concentration.

The amount to coat for each well can be 50ul per well.
