Can somebody teach me to design PCR primers for ChIP assay?

First of all, all principles of regular PCR primer design apply to ChIP primer design. One thing that is unique to ChIP PCR is the product size which should be around 100 bp. If you have decided which genomic region to study, you can obtain the DNA sequence and design primers using any primer design programs such as Primer3.
