predict union between microRNAs and genes - (Feb/14/2011 )

Dear all,

I want to study how the different microRNAs of a virus are able to change the expression of cellular RNA.

For these reason, I would like to find a programme or a database in order to predict different union between virus microRNAs and cellular RNAs.

I would be very pleased if you could help me!

I don't quite understand your question: whether you want to identify mRNA targets for those miRNAs or to find coexpression of the miRNAs and a set of mRNA?

targetscan, miRanda, PITA, pictar,...

there's a lot of miRNA target prediction tools.
