Odd question. Can I use DNase to decontaminate Primers? Or will that affect PCR later on?

I wouldn't advise trying. DNAse I targets pyrimidines, and can attack both double and single-stranded DNA.

and the removal or deactivation might be a serious problem, as in the PCR you definitely don't want any DNase left...
