Non-classical antigens conjugation - (Feb/02/2011 )

Dear Forum members,

I would like to ask if anyone knows what kind of chemical reactions can be used to conjugate molecules like lipids and steroids to proteins for immunization. I have used the "Mannich reaction" (the only one I know) with variable results. Could you give me any advice on this? Any good paper?
Thank you a lot in advance!

Thermofisher Pierce tech support has highly qualified organic chemists who can assit. They will, of course, suggest their products to conduct the conjugation procedures.
