in vivo rfp - which rfp are good for in vivo imaging? (Jan/21/2011 )

I need to figure out the best red-fluorescent protein to use for in vivo studies.
Anyone have suggestions other than far red?

(A bit late reply, but) tdTomato is the one you're looking for. If not far red (which is the superior wavelength).
