acridine orange - (Jan/20/2011 )

does acridine orange kill bacteria cells? is there a reference where i can find?

After dilution you need to keep in 4 degree, but I don't think the powder form needs to be in fridge. just protect from light.

It is normally used to stain eukaryotic cells. Why do you ask about bacteria?
