Meta-Analysis of Microarrays - (Dec/07/2010 )

Hello!

I have three similar microarray datasets of the same type. I want to know what are the genes whose altered expression overlaps the three datasets. Is there any tool that can help me do this?

you can try the multiexperiment viewer of the tm4 microarray software suite. i believe it is freeware.
