what will happen to my cells, if i use a subcultivation ratio which is higher than that recommended by the manufacturer? are cells influenced by a higher subcultivation ratio?

Everything you do to your cells influences them in some manner. For some cells the sub-cultivation ratio does not matter too much, provided it isn't too low such that the cells are very sparse in the flask, but for others it is critical not to dilute them too much - this is especially the case for primary cells.
