Fc biotinylation - (Nov/21/2010 )

Dear forum members,

Does anyone know a kit to biotinylate the Fc of IgG antibodies?
Up so far, I found several kits which biotinylate antibodies in any free amine group, but that is not useful for my purposes.

There is no kit that will selectively label only the Fc portion of the Abs. You have to purify it first.
