Clinical 8 color - (Oct/28/2010 )

Has anyone been using 8-color in the clinical setting? Thinking about getting a violet laser but
clinically you never want to be the first one.

Little bit missed with your questions... I am routinely using 10-11 color panels for clinical trial samples (T cell phenotypeing + subsetting + activation/proliferation/cytokines etc..) but it is a clinical reasearch but not an analysis used for patient care.
What do you plan to analyze in your case?
