multiple origins of replication - (Oct/05/2010 )

Quick question, if my plasmid has 2 origins of replication, one high copy (SV40) and one low copy (pBR322) then do I assume the plasmid itself is high copy due the the high copy plasmid?

It's high copy number in eukaryotic cells and low copy number in bacterial cells.
