Immunioprecipitation from Jurkat cells?? - (Oct/04/2010 )

Has anybody here used Jurkat cells and Protein G Dynabeads for immunoprecipitation? I get very strange results.

Dynabeads can be used for immunoprecipitation from any cell type, including Jurkat cells. I have done many IP studies on Jurkat cells with excellent results.
What kind of results are you seeing? Do you have background or low capture? What is your target protein and which antibody are you using?
