Determine exon and intron for primer design - How to determine exon and intron for qRT-PCR primer design (Sep/27/2010 )

Hi,
How can I know the exon and intron in mRNA or cDNA before designing primer for qRT-PCR?

mRNA join(<1..196,283..373,522..719,812..1046,1301..1628,
1745..1988,2146..2852,2930..>3069)
/gene="FRO1"
/product="iron reductase"

Are these the exon regions that I found in ncbi database?

Cheer!
