Blunt end filling - Blunt end filling (Aug/24/2010 )
What would be the best way to create blunt ends and to fill the ends if there are no compatible ends. It was recomended that I can do this with my cloning but I have no idea how to do that. Any information would be great!

Why dont you check with invitrogen and they have kit for this
