Quantitating IP'd proteins - (Aug/16/2010 )

I need to quantitate the amount of immunoprecipitated protein for an enzyme kinetics assay. What is the best way to do this?

We quantitate our proteins with a Pierce / Thermoscientific BCA Assay Kit. It is fast and works quite good.
