Can you recommend me good software to draw immunological drawings? - Biological drwaing software (Aug/14/2010 )

I am looking an ideal software to draw immunological and Molecular cell biology diagrams just like those published on "Nature". Can you suggest some if you know?

Adobe illustrator is the best software for drawings in publication. ONce you have that, you can obtain some symbol libraries for biology stuff from somewhere else such as this one http://ian.umces.edu/symbols/ If you just want to have something for your presentation, powerpoint is good.
