Nucleotides with different font size - (Aug/09/2010 )
Hi all
In some papers, I see nucleotides " probes, oligos" beside each other with different size
In fact I would appreciate any help to explain what does that mean?

Height of the nucleotide reflects its frequency at the corresponding position. Consensus sequences are often dislayed that way. Only one nculeotide at a certain position means 100% conservation.
