TELO2 & GAPDH - (Aug/05/2010 )

I made two mix for 5 breast cancer cell lines: one with TELO2 primers, and the second one with GAPDH primers
for gene expression normalization.Ten did PCR. when I run the gel, I got for some the cell line bands with TELO2 and no
bands of these cell lins with GAPDH primers, and no bands for control sample with TELO2 without template.

is that means, the bands are contamination.

no body knows?

If your negative control (no template) had no bands then the telo2 primers are working as they should. It may be that the GAPDH is an inefficient PCR so you didn't see the bands, or that there is little GAPDH in the cell lines you used as template.
