Any additional system for Hypoxia??? - (Jul/14/2010 )
Hello,
I'm a newbie in the field. Does somebody knows whether there is a simple system to culture my cell in hypoxia? I heared something about a special bag that can be kept in a classic incubator.
Thanks a lot for your help

In the past I have used "modular incubation chambers" (see attached). We gassed these from pre-mixed gas cylinders.
I would imagine you could make a cheap system yourself using a sandwich box, tubing and a little epoxy glue.
Hope this helps
