How to grow J774 in suspension - (Jul/09/2010 )

Hi everybody.

This might be a dumb question, but can anybody give me a protocol how to grow and subculture J774 in suspension. I'm only used to aderent cultures, but as many of you have stated the macrophages stick to the plastic like superglue. Now I want to try the stirrer bottles but have never done that before. So can anyone help me?
