Electron microscopy - vapour fixation????????????????????????????????? (Jun/29/2010 )

Hi,

I was looking for protocols for electron microscopy and came across with one of the methods of vapour fixation(with glutaraldehyde). I don't know how to do it, i am completely novice to this technique and nobody is there to help me. If anyone has done this , please help me out with the procedure.
