measurement of reactive oxygen species - (Jun/18/2010 )

Hi friends,
I am Samanta. I need a sensitive and convenient protocol to measure the level of reactive oxygen species from muscle sample. does anybody have one? Can you please help me?

Hi that is very easy and simple. just use !,2 dichloroflurocein diacetate and quantify it by spectrophotmetricaly or you can islolate the mitochondira and visualise it with confocal microscope. You and find the protocol in many published articles
