Running a 15% PAGE - (Jun/17/2010 )

Hello,
Under what conditions you usually run a 15% PAGE, amp? voltage? time? i am using Bio-Rad gel instrument...

u can even use 100 V till stacking and then increase in separating!!

I use 80-100V for stacking gel and 100-120V for separating gel. Watch out for overheating at higher voltages.
