SAM Algorithm in Illumina Data - Has anyone developed methods using SAM algorithm? (Jun/13/2010 )

I can across this forum by chance and I think you guys are doing a great job helping starters like us. Keep it rocking!!

I am currently working on analysis of Microarray data . I would like to know if there are any methods or tools whichhave been developed in the recent years which use Significance Analysis of Microarrays(SAM) ( I need to type it out fully all the time coz some SAM also means Sentris array-Duh! ) for analyzing illumina Data.
