Murine Cell Lines - (May/17/2010 )

Dear all, is there a web site that shows if a protein is expressed in a certain murine cell line?

I need to know in which murine cell lines are mFlt3 Ligand and mSmad8 constitutively expressed. They need not be the same cell line.

Can you transfect the cells to express these proteins?

also, Miltenyi has a purified Flt-3 ligand available.

I have already done that, but I couldn't detect the protein with a newly purchased antibody. So I need a positive control cell line to check if it's the antibody or my DNA construct.
