Storage of IHC slide - (May/17/2010 )
Hi guys,
I occasionally saw one of my colleague was storing his IHC slide (Dapi and FITC stained) at -20, which was normally done at 4 degree. I asked why he did this and didn't get any clear answer. I was wondering if anyone would explain this to me? Many thanks in advance!

Storing at -20C should preserve fluorescece and prevent fading. I always store stained slides at -20C.
