Hi All,

I am a newbie and I have a lot of questions about qPCR.

What is the function of Tween 20 in qPCR Master Mix?

If possible, show me the reference thx.

as far as i can recollect it used to be present in the master mix as a stabilizer for the Taq.. but now a days there is no tween or for that matter even glycerol in the master mixes...
