Cotransfection of siRNA and plasmid - Cotransfection of siRNA and plasmid (May/11/2010 )

Can anyone advise me of the best transfection reagent to use for cotransfecting siRNA and plasmid in HeLa cells?I tried lipofectamine200 and it doesnt seem to be working.Thanks I appreciate it !

Cotransfecting plasmid and siRNA using lipofectamine 2k should not be a problem. What problem do you have: low efficiency of siRNA or plasmid transfection? Probably you need to optimize the relative concentration of each component. If it still does not work, try sequential transfection.
