RNA from Zebrafish - (Apr/07/2010 )

Hi All,

There is a PhD student in our lab who is thinking about doing some PCR work with zebrafish embryo's (72hours post fertilization). I have one quick question, does anyone have any idea how many embryos she might need to get a good yield of RNA-oh the other problem is she will be using primers specific for expression in the liver.

Thanks

40-50 should be plenty.
