Dimethyl Sulfate (DMS) as carrier in cell cultures - (Mar/29/2010 )

Hi
I have to resolve cyclophosphamid for cell culture testing. According to the manufactor the drug is not stable in aueous solution and recommends solution in Dimethyl Sulfate (DMS). It's an aækylating agent and highly toxic.

Has anyone got experience with using DMS as carrier? What would be an appropriate concentration of the carrier?

Thanks

I just talked to the manufactur. It's a mistake in their data sheet. It's DMSO - which makes more sense.

Best regards
