Neuraminidase Kinetic Assay - (Mar/25/2010 )

Hi,
I'm actually looking for to perform a neuraminidase kinetic assay using influenzavirus and MUNANA as substrate. This is to determine Neuraminidase Km and Vmax.
It would be appreciated if someone has information or protocol link about that experiment ?
