Multalin Multiple sequence alignment tool - Does anyone use this before (Feb/26/2010 )

I found a multiple sequence alignment tool on net. It is called Multalin. Does anyone use this before? Is the output acceptable for publication?

You should probably be using PSI-BLAST or Muscle as they are generally regarded as the tools to use.
