Protino® Ni-IDA Packed Columns - Can you re-use them? (Jan/27/2010 )

So, I have been trying to use these things today (tomorrow I should get results)... but one thing I'm wondering is that can you re-use the packed columns? The protocol is only using about re-using the resin, but nothing about the packed columns... as it's a kit I thought no, but really... does it matter?

you can generally regenerate affinity gels in the column. what does the kit's instructions say?
