Methylation specific DMSO PCR - (Jan/17/2010 )

Hello,

Does anyone here using for methylation analysis Methylation specific DMSO PCR, described http://jmd.amjpathol.org/cgi/content/full/9/5/574

We are starting but nothing works.
And in anycase one important question if there are used DMSO I suppose from SIGMA it have to be 100% and if in reaction there are said that is used 8% DMSO it means that 8% of al PCR mix have to be DMSO ?

Meaning of 8% DMSO is the final volume of your master mix in your PCR tube (lets say 25ul), there is 8% DMSO (2ul).
