RCAS virus stability - (Jan/12/2010 )

Dear all ,
I am facing some critical situation and i want you help ,
I concentrated replication competent avian virus and one of the aliquot vial I forgot to place into -80 degree but it was in ice throughout night .
will virus titre abolish completely in ice overnight ?
