Vector map for pMH1 - Can't find it anywhere! (Dec/04/2009 )

Hi everyone. I am in a new lab and i have been given a plasmid which contains a gene of unknown function. All i know is that it is inserted in a vector called pMH1. However, there is no detailed vector map and all that it says about this plasmid is that the gene was inserted by PIPE cloning.

I have grown a culture and mini-prepped for the plasmid and i would like to figure out a way to digest out the gene to make sure the integrity of the plasmid is ok.

Does anyone have a map or link of pMH1? Any help is appreciated!

If it is a plasmid for plant genetics try to contact www.meta-helix.com ...they should know more about that plasmid!
