Hi I was wondering if I prepare prmary cells from young rat. does the cell will age as well in a dish?

Unless you have a protocol for growth/proliferation (conversion to a cell line), you are going to have problems with cell division. Of course with each doubling/passage, all cells "age".

Exactly what do you mean by the cells "aging"? If you want to know whether cells isolated from a young rat and then cultured for a while will be equivalent to cells freshly isolated from an older rat, then no.
What cell type are you interested in?
