Cloning and Expression Method Survey - Get some ideas from you all (Nov/12/2009 )

Hi all,

I am trying to ask your opinions as I was trying to compare which is the best Expression kits/vector that you are using and if you would like to suggest and introduce others to use it, also your opinion about the PROS and CONS of the kits.

Ok, I come first:

IMHO my expression study, I use pBAD TOPO TA expression kit. It is good for me but sometimes the competent cells doesn't really express my cloned protein. It is easy to perform but is quite expensive.

Will I recommend to others: perhaps.
