electrophoresis - Band smearing for re-pcr product (Oct/27/2009 )

will the electrophoresis band smears when ur PCR product has been reamplified for several times? tq

from my expreience re-amplification with the same primers may yield a very large amount of primer dimer, and if the same time DNase present would have smeared bands (or lanes)
