most labs use 15-40 percent glycerol medium for bacterial stock preparation in -70 degree but is there any protocol for stock preparation in
-20 degree? how long are bacteria stable in this condition?

I would definitely use a -70 to -80 freezer. I think survival is prolonged a great deal.

I used to store completent in -20 degree ~3month. It is WORK.
In -70 degree ~1years.

I used to store completent in -20 degree ~3month. It is WORK.
In -70 degree ~1years.
Oh!! I forgot I use 10%glycerol to store them.
