2 bands or smear? 2-step RT-PCR - (Sep/20/2009 )
I run a 2-step RT-PCR by using reverse primer in reverse transcription, and then add equal amount of both reverse and forward primers in PCR.
Does anyone can tell me there are 2 bands in the lanes or a band smear?
