I transfect HepG2 cells with pCMV-Fluc plasmid.Then I need to select the stablely transfected cells. But I don't know how to select. Is there anyone who can help me?

Which selection gene (like hygromysin etc) does your plasmid have? You can use that agent to induce selection. If you dont have any then you can co-transfect your cells with a suitable plasmid for selection.
