Fluorescent EMSA - Sybr Green /Mol Probes (Jun/02/2005 )
Has anyone tried Molecular Probes EMSA kit? Or any other EMSA assay using fluorescence staining?
I have isolated nuclear fraction with Qproteom Qiagen kit so it is relatively clean concerning DNA but I have green smear and no sharp bands.
