Jurkat T cell imaginge - (Jun/09/2008 )
I am begining some imaging experiments with Jurkat T cells. I know they are not adherent cells, but I've tried to image them on poly-d-lysine coated MatTek dishes, but the cells never seem to settle.
If anyone could provide some guidance on this and also any protocols for imaging and stimulating jurkat cells, I would appreciate it.
