Growth chamber - something wrong ! (Jun/03/2008 )

something wrong with the plant growth chamber (incubator) in our lab
it works, but there is a smell of ethylene gas and all plantlets there are to be discarded
temperature and humidity are around their normal range and everything looks ok.....!!
plz help !!
