Maximum solubility of genomic DNA - (Aug/28/2007 )
Hi
I'm trying to concentrate gDNA above 50 ug/uL. I'm wondering if it is possible. 
Now, I'm evaporating the solvent (10 mM Tris, pH 8) using a centrifuge with a vacuum equipment at 65 C. After the concentrating procedure I'd like to hybridize gDNA with a probe having a fluorophore.
Is there any good method?

Add salt, two volumes of EtOH, which will precipitate the DNA.  Collect DNA, wash in 70% a few times.  Dry but not to completion (1/2 hr on bench) and add enough TE to get the concentration you require.
This works well if you have enough DNA.
