primer sets to do pyrosequencing - (Jul/02/2007 )

Prior to using methyleasy kit, I used Zymoresearch of EZ methylaytion kit.
After changing kit, I have been able to identify PCR band. thank you~!!!
but now, I have had dfficult problems. I am going to do pyrosequencing to identify methylation status. and I made primer sets through PSQ program. Firstly, Have you ever done pyrosequencing? If you didn't have experience, I'm affraid...ㅠ.ㅠ...
Some primer sets is good. others is too bad I can't identify PCR band.
I wonder.....................
How can I identify problems of primer sets?? or How can I make possible primer set efficiently to do pyrosequencing?
please help me~~!!

I have no done pyrosequencing myself but I heard that the folks at biotage are very good at solving problems with your primers...
