medium -preparation for CD34 cells - (May/29/2007 )

Please,
I want to prepare a new medium for CD34 cells, instead to buy.
Please any advice, what is it important for the praparation such medium. I have'nt any autoclave, and other devices for sterilisation process, because our labor is too little for that.
We are working with single packaged sterile pipettes, etc.

you may filter using a 0.22 μm filter (Millipore for example)

I agree with Pumuki, a 0.22um millipore filter is what we use to sterilise our tissue culture media. You shouldn't autoclave tissue culture media anyways.
