Nevermind! I am trying to find out which protease inhibitor we are using...it's aliquoted in unlabeled vials and a no one knows where it comes from! I JUST LOVE THOSE PEOPLE!

You might think about adding EDTA to the mix.

Im no specialist, but isn´t it possible to dialyze against the desired buffer, or usage of gelfiltration technique before MS?
